Travel the USA

After the country re-opened after Covid-19, we are
"On the Road Again."
Please enjoy the 'armchair travels' and feel free to make comments.

In September of 2019, we made the
'epic' trip to the east coast for the first birthday of our grandson Evan.
Since Evan's birthday is in September, we decided to join a 29 day RV Caravan for the New England fall color. The tour starts in Maine and ends in Niagara Falls. All told, we did about 12,000 miles with the new truck and trailer.

Glen Eyrie - Week 2 of SOWERS RV Ministry

The scenery as we look out from our dinner in the Volunteer RV Camp

It's a bit unusual to find a single one near the road we always travel on.
She is moulting, and looks a little weird.

Speaking of weird -- interesting sculpture on the back side of one of the fences.

I just love it when they surprise us at the door of our camper!

OK, and yes, we are here to work

I think we are delighted to be assigned to the sewing room
 instead of gardening!

The tops that we are trying on are for the Madrigal Play
that they put on at Christmas.
Last month the SOWER ladies made them.

This month we are working on the Breeches for the guys.

We'll try on the full costumes when they are done,
but
in the meantime ya gotta have some fun!

Meanwhile, the guys are working pretty hard on the cabin that
Lou started working on last week.

(the ladies had to inspect the work the guys were doing)

Lou got the job of fixing and repairing all the screens on the cabin.

And then, there is the "official game night"

Good fun, good fellowship.
