The Museum of the Bible is an incredible sight and sound experience with presentations that are powerful and tell the stories of the Bible In a clear and straightforward manner.
There is also a lot of archaeological evidence and ancient manuscripts which validate the stories of the Bible.
Our first 'experience' was a Dave Stotts movie of the History of the Bible
(and good summary of why it is trustworthy and believable)
I love his TV programs "Drive Thru History"
I had hoped to be able to purchase a DVD of this
because it would be perfect for some of our study groups.
The rest of the day contained experiences in sight and sound
that kept getting better.
The last one we did was (yet another) simulator that topped IMAX
in viewing the Biblical references to points all around Washington DC.
The sixth floor has a good restaurant and viewing area
from the Capital to the Washington Monument
The Nazareth Village
actors from the 1st century
